Digital Marketing Representative
Full time position
Job Description, Job Responsibilities, Job Requirements:
· Responsible for creating and implementing annual marketing plan and marketing mix strategy to generate increasing tour volumes.
· Will create monthly digital marketing plan that outlines all projects to drive leads, calls, tours, and sales.
· Will analyze strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for prioritizing company investments to better compete.
· Will analyze competition and bring new ideas to our marketing plan.
· Must have the ability to create marketing projects (project management knowledge) and be a hands on implementer.
· Must be able to plan, track and analyze results with database and spreadsheets and create reports to summarize performance (plan lead volume vs actual, cost/lead).
· Must be able to quantify all results.
· Must be detail oriented and organized but also incredibly creative.
· Will maintain all digital key marketing programs: website, social media, Google ads/analytics, etc.
· Must have expert experience with graphic design and creating marketing materials (emails, mailings, brochures, take photos, videos, etc.) and update leads in the database. Must have knowledge with website design, building, etc preferably with Drupal.
· All major events/holidays must be captured with video/picture content. (this is done in person)
· Must be a reliable, honest and hardworking individual capable of organizing and implementing marketing plan without direction.
· Must be a fast paced, organized, and quality oriented worker with a strong ability to build and maintain intercompany and customer relationships.
· Will work closely and continually collaborate with Director to make sure new ideas are explored and opportunities made. Weekly meeting with Director discussing marketing and sales results.
Responsible for:
· Increasing dealer lead source
· Increasing box program lead source
· Successful creation of social media ad campaigns, google ads, etc by capturing quality leads for conversion
· Maintaining all digital lead source relationships on a daily, weekly, monthly scheduled plan set in place by Director
Must have:
Computer Skills necessary – proficient with the following:
· Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.
· Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.
· Graphic design
· Video editing
