We are in need of both full time and part time staff in our Marketing Department.

The requirements are as follows:

  • Make a high volume of calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in Waldenwoods and successfully book them for a tour at our beautiful and private resort.
  • Work various RV trade shows, fairs and festivals throughout the year.
  • Promote interest in Waldenwoods Resort with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, resulting in booking prospective clients to tour and pursue membership.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to start. Regular schedule has the potential to change throughout the year due to trade shows and other events. Hours dependent on performance and proven results.
  • This position does include some evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
  • Must have an outgoing personality with a telesales approach.
  • No cold calling involved

Required Education:

  • High School or GED equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Sales: 1 year.
  • Customer Service: 3 years.
  • Appointment setting: 1 year.

This position includes a base hourly rate with added commissions, bonus' and various incentives.

Digital Marketing Representative

Full time position

Job Description, Job Responsibilities, Job Requirements:

· Responsible for creating and implementing annual marketing plan and marketing mix strategy to generate increasing tour volumes.

· Will create monthly digital marketing plan that outlines all projects to drive leads, calls, tours, and sales.

· Will analyze strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for prioritizing company investments to better compete.

· Will analyze competition and bring new ideas to our marketing plan.

· Must have the ability to create marketing projects (project management knowledge) and be a hands on implementer.

· Must be able to plan, track and analyze results with database and spreadsheets and create reports to summarize performance (plan lead volume vs actual, cost/lead).

· Must be able to quantify all results.

· Must be detail oriented and organized but also incredibly creative.

· Will maintain all digital key marketing programs: website, social media, Google ads/analytics, etc.

· Must have expert experience with graphic design and creating marketing materials (emails, mailings, brochures, take photos, videos, etc.) and update leads in the database. Must have knowledge with website design, building, etc preferably with Drupal.

· All major events/holidays must be captured with video/picture content. (this is done in person)

· Must be a reliable, honest and hardworking individual capable of organizing and implementing marketing plan without direction.

· Must be a fast paced, organized, and quality oriented worker with a strong ability to build and maintain intercompany and customer relationships.

· Will work closely and continually collaborate with Director to make sure new ideas are explored and opportunities made. Weekly meeting with Director discussing marketing and sales results.

Responsible for:

· Increasing dealer lead source

· Increasing box program lead source

· Successful creation of social media ad campaigns, google ads, etc by capturing quality leads for conversion

· Maintaining all digital lead source relationships on a daily, weekly, monthly scheduled plan set in place by Director

Must have:

Computer Skills necessary – proficient with the following:

· Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.

· Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.

· Graphic design

· Video editing

Membership Sales Representative

Job Description, Job Responsibilities, Job Requirements:

In search of a full or part time “top performer” with primary work days occurring Saturday/Sunday; primarily 9am – 5pm. Membership Sales Rep responsibility is primarily for Camping, Lodging, and Executive Membership Sales. While on duty, other office and marketing tasks will be required when tours are not assigned. Organizing and staffing of shows and fairs will also be required as needed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record (DUI, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Exceeding or meeting personal sales targets set by Director while demonstrating a solid customer focus
  • Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key clients.
  • Developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
  • Providing inputs, creative solutions, and ideas to the Director and Marketing Manager on organization offerings.
  • Managing and prioritizing sales leads prepared by the Marketing Department, developing new accounts through analyzing, exploring, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintaining accurate sales database for reporting, mailings, and marketing programs.
  • Working on specific projects and contributing to team effort.
  • Providing detailed updates on job activities to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Providing feedback from clients in order to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products.

Skills:

  • Passion to turn prospects into customers and persistent determination with telephone sales
  • Able to understand customer’s needs, solve their problems and put customer in the picture.

Salary and Benefits:

  • This position is completely commission based with a guaranteed draw to allow for slower times / seasons.
  • A bonus program is also available based on meeting sales volume requirements.
