A great Dish washer will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. You should be able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.
Responsibilities include:

• Follow the cleaning list created by chefs to plan duties.
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures set by the health department
• Perform general house keeping tasks including sweeping mopping and vacuuming
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Proper operation of dish sanitizing machine as well as manual dish washing.
• Set up and takedown of ceremony chairs.
• May also be assigned task not listed above.
